EBS-6900 Boltmark II

The big brother of our EBS-6600 from the brand new Boltmark II series. Higher resolution, more features, same low power consumption and simple maintenance. The EBS-6900 has a print height from 0,8 mm up to 14 mm with a maximum amount of 32 dots. Features such as complete networking, space for 1000 texts and IP 65 as an option making this printer the right partner for next-generation industrial coding.
Anti-Clogging (ACPS)

Built-in, automatic, intelligent system that prevents clogging of hoses and nozzle and maintains reliable operation of the printer during a power failure. The printer operates normally during a power interruption ≤ 30 seconds. If the pause exceeds 30 seconds, the ACPS system will automatically start purging to prevent the nozzles and tubing from drying out.
Degree of protection IP55 as standard

P55 or IP65 (option) according to standard EN 60529 – High protection of the housing against the ingress of water and dust allows to ensure the reliability of the printer for a long time. The printer’s keyboard and screen and all ports are resistant to chemicals and water jets from any direction.
ACPS – Anti Clogging Power Supply

World first: For the first time in a continuous ink jet printer, an intelligent system ensures reliable printer operation in the event of a power failure. If the power supply is interrupted for less than 30 seconds, the printer continues to operate. If power is interrupted for more than 30 seconds, the printer starts the automatic shutdown process, including flushing, to protect the lines from dried ink deposits. Once power is restored, the printer is quickly ready to operate again. The ACPS contains very long-life Super Charger capacitors, not conventional rechargeable batteries. Recharging takes only about 2 minutes. The ACPS is available as an option (for EBS-6600 and EBS-6900 only).
Easy Maintenance (iModule®)

The EBS BOLTMARK II series is equipped with an integrated ink system that can be changed in 3 simple steps in less than a minute: Open flap, remove used iModule®, insert new iModule® – done! No technician and no tools required. Likewise, the quick change of ink and solvent bottles works the same way. No interruption of the printing process, no unscrewing of the bottle cap and no dirty fingers: remove the used bottle, insert the new one – click!
Protection Class IP55 and IP65

IP55 as standard or IP65 (optionally available) according to EN 60529 – the high degree of protection of the housing against ingress of water and dust guarantees high reliability of the printer over a long period of time. Keyboard, display and connectors are protected against chemicals and water jets from all directions. All electronic and mechanical parts are protected from external influences by mechanisms such as vacuum inside the print head and special seals.
High Efficiency

With a power consumption of only 19W, the printers of the Boltmark II series are currently the most efficient inkjet printers on the market. In addition, the printers are very economical in terms of ink and solvent consumption.
